I don't think it would surprise you that this company was also the manufacturer of the quarter-tone clarinet.

That is really cool looking.

However, I am convinced that Fritz Schueller's ulimate goal with the quarter tone clarinet was to make the builder, the composer, the performer, and the listener's life miserable.

Except Charles Ives. He liked that stuff.
 
Looks like it's a low D model. I know that B = Bb in German; H = B. "bis tief D gehend" translates to "goes to low D," per Google Translate.

Regarding the quarter tone clarinet, the Wikipedia says that Kohlert was originally contracted to make it. I haven't yet found any evidence that says that they actually did, but Kohlert had some quite interesting designs before and right after WWII, so there might be a quarter tone clarinet stashed somewhere.
 
I'd be curious what the 2nd neck looks like. It comes with 2 original ones (as well as 2 original MPs) according to the ad:
