How about an area for posting problems with this website?

Well, we can certainly open an area, but is there something we can help you with right now?

Hmm... we kinda thought the suggestion area would be the route to go. Does that work for you Carl? We actually get great feedback all over the site. 8-)

I think a dedicated section would be a good idea.

And thus it is created.

Well, I had a cookie issue with my desk computer, but no issues so far. Just covering foreseeable issues.

Me want cookie!

As far as this forum is concerned, there's a link on the index page that says "Delete all board cookies" (it's at the very bottom, on the left).

Chocolate chip cookies eaten around the computer are especially messy.

We're working on a couple of possible solutions to what we experienced a couple of weeks ago.

Somewhat amusingly (from a certain perspective), two weeks ago I got the SECOND ticket in 23 years of teching regarding for a printer that someone spilled a Coke into.

And last week, I was wondering why a computer wasn't working right. Popped it open and ... another Coke spill.

A can of Coke: $1.00.
New HP Hi-Volume Printer and New Hi-End Mac: $5,000.
Earning the hatred of your computer tech and department: Priceless.

You MIGHT be able to recover a computer/printer/whatever if you've spilled some liquid that doesn't have sugar in it -- like water -- but something like milk or Coke ... no.
