When I tried to change the colour scheme of the WF after it defaulted to Desert Brown for some reason since I just cleared my cookies, I couldn't, because the banner ad for Band Source is linked over it. Anyone else having problems like this? The banner ad also appears to be linked on the right side on the bottom.

I'm having to log in each time I visit, and I haven't dumped any cookies.

Me too.

I mentioned this in our s00per sekrit forum. I've only noticed it in Opera, but if there's a problem in another browser, Ed: you need to change around the ad code. Hey, you were the one that put it up :P.
Anyhow, if you go to "Edit Options" in your user control panel (direct link: http://www.woodwindforum.com/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions), you can change the color scheme (i.e. "style") there.
I'm having to log in each time I visit, and I haven't dumped any cookies. This is mentioned in another thread and it has to do with the security update that we just installed. If you're having a problem, you do need to log out (if you can) and trash the woodwindforum.com cookie. Take a look at http://www.woodwindforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2894 for instructions on how to clear cookies for a variety of browsers.
Per a suggestion from vBulletin, I have increased the cookie time-out to an absurdly high number and had already (before the upgrade) fixed the cookie path. This may or may not help.
FWIW, there's about a week until we install vBulletin 4. I'm still trying to wrap my mind around that and I've been a little too sick to do that ....
I fixed the BandSource thing. You can now pick your styles from the menu. It was a tad difficult to find the offending code.
Ed, you had an HTML tag left open :P.

Thanks Pete. That's better. Oh, this red theme is rather interesting.
Ah, Themes.
The "company" that makes that red theme has about 20 others that I'd love to install. However, I made a comment on the 4.0.x upgrade thread that I had been told that too many themes slow down the forum and someone responded, "CSS doesn't have that high of an overhead." Well, we're both right because the themes in 3.8.x (which we're using right now) aren't CSS. The ones in 4.0.x are.
In other words, I'll probably install a couple more and then take a vote.
