Trying to identify this Concert Band with (Bari) Sax Solo

I'm trying to find out what this music is?

I believe it's a Bari Solo with Concert Band called SAXOMANIA?

I think Kosei recorded it but I found this on the HAFABRA website,
although I can't find any details of what it's called (officially), who it is by etc.
I'm after the sheet music.
Anyone help?

Its says it's by Kosei Winds which I can believe, but is it called Saxomania?

I can't find any reference to a concert band piece with bari solo called that, or any mention of Kosei doing this.
