late 19th century no makers name
any help with age , maker , type

Well, I suspect most would need better shots of the keyworks to figure that out.

Might be newer than late 19th century. It's in pretty decent-looking shape.

You might want to try the International Double-Reed Society. I've quoted from their articles before and they know their stuff.
