Not complaining, just reporting.

This has been going on for weeks now.

I log on, the throbber throbs and throbs for about a minute, then I get a blank page. I tried it on FIrefox, Chrome, Opera and Edge, same thing.

Today I reloaded the blank page and got an error message, but the blue heading with forums appeared. It's the first time I've been able to log in for weeks.

Also each click for a new page takes about a minute for the next one to appear.

If you want to discuss, e-mail me, the link is on http://www.nortonmusic.com - because I don't know if I will be able to log on again.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know it needs fixing.

Hmm ... can't repro. Florida specific? ISP problems? Router problems. Every site but ours works?

I'm not getting any problems in Australia. Sometimes this can be a problem with the way you anti-virus software is configured.

Don't know what happened. FINALLY able to get in. I haven't tried it in a week or two and almost gave up on the site. Today I passed my bookmark and thought "I wonder if it's working now". Ta da!!! I'm in.
