Buescher Tipped Bell Soprano

Hot off the eBay press.

I'd assume that the seller has the reserve at around $4K, but the Buy-it-Now is only $4500.

Looks like it could use a bit of polish, but that's about it.

I have one of these, a slightly later model. Of all my 1920s saxophones, this one plays best in a modern setting. Good intonation, nice contemporary sound, even with the original mouthpiece.

I just can't imagine this would be comfortable to play.

No strap ring, but I haven't had any trouble holding it. The biggest hassle was making an angled peg for a stand.
My tipped bell will be one of the last horns I sell, but I'd be happy with what they are going for now.
