Can anyone help me identify this 1936 Buffet Clarinet?

Hi Folks,
I recently acquired this Buffet Crampon clarinet, serial #20173 which dates it to 1936 I think. Please note that the neck is a Noblet. Can anyone help me identify the model? There is some writing on the bell under that I can't make out. It looks like the last four letters are "CHER"Thanks so much for your assistance!

This is what's called a pre-R13, probably a nice horn! hopefully that Noblet barrel works well on it. Bell writing appears to be mentioning carl fischer, Buffet's importer at the time.
