Can Anyone Recommend An Excellent Clarinet Technician in the Phoenix Arizona Area?

Hi everyone! I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations as to who to utilize (technicians) to maintain, fix, and work on your clarinet in the Phoenix area. Phoenix is pretty big, I know, so let's say the far West Valley is preferred.
Are there any orchestra members here from the Phoenix area who wouldn't mind chiming in?
We were told Milano's Music in Tempe was the way to go and used them to repair a clarinet. However, just a month later, these same issue reappeared...so I'm not too impressed with the work they did. They also completely missed a wobbly tenon in need of new cork. We contacted them regarding a warranty on the work, but were told basically there wasn't one.
If anyone knows of one, please help!

Yah, I'd advise against Milano's. I've heard of http://www.nyerepair.com and https://agavemusicaz.com. I've gone to and had a bari sax worked on at the Band Instrument Repair Shop (480-833-2474). I don't play at all anymore, so this must have been 10+ years ago. I don't remember the owner's name, but he was pretty old when I went there, so he may have retired.
