I have a Fox Model II Bassoon that was manufactured in 1967 when Hugo Fox was still alive and it has a Serial Number in the very low 2000's. I need some advice.
It needs an overhaul that could cost $2000.00. It needs to be refinished, keys need to be tightened and the cork needs to be replaced.
I want to sell it but would it be worth my while to do the overhaul and then sell it or sell it as is?
