1967 Buffet BC-20 (RC) -- excellent condition
This is what started it all with the RC model. The BC-20 !! Originally the BC-20 was only available in Europe as it was at 442 pitch (US uses 440). For an accomplished musician it is easily playable at 440 with a longer barrel.
This instrument provides exceptional warmth in the tone while offering the expressive dynamics that the BC20 and RC are known for up and above all of the traits of the R13. What an upgrade !!
Serial number is F98xxx which dates it to 1967
There are no cracks or repairs of any type. The wood is in fantastic condition. Keywork hasn't been super polished in a while but still has plenty of luster to it. Original excellent condition slimline case. Any player would love to have this instrument as their primary clarinet for orchestral work or even jazz. It handles high air flow really well.
