you're giving very vague info, and pictures speak a thousand words.
but "Alexandre" in this instance is mostly identifiable from the stamping info you gave.
for THIS, it's actually from ORSI Musical Instrument company out of Italy.
the Alexandre name has been used by them on other instruments too.
I don't believe the quality is "professional" from other stuff I've seen, which is few and far between.
FYI, it has NOTHING to do with Alexandre Selmer out of Paris, France and the US.
