Oboe Reed Making

I have been adjusting store-bought oboe reeds and need to sharpen my knife. It's a double hollow ground knife. I'm using a Norton India Stone fine grit. I'm trying to find the right angle to sharpen the knife and at what angle to use to create the burr. Does anyone know the typical measurements for these angles?

Hmm, not my forte, that's for sure. But this "How to" talks about being careful not to make the knife aka scraper too sharp.
