Really nice smell after service!

Hello to everyone!

Recently i came across with a very old Henry Gunckel Bb albert system clarinet which i bought it from a collector-tech here in Greece. I noticed that the clarinet has a really nice and sweet smell. The clarinet was recently serviced probably. When i do service to a clarinet, after cleaning, i use almond oil for oiling the bore and the outside of the clarinet, but it doesn't give this nice smell.
Do anyone now from what material this nice smell comes from? Any thoughts?
