Value of that one is zero.
you have the reed and ligature on.
take it off .. they only BLOCK what one can see.
From your small image I see this (see attachment)
which would make it a Geo M. Bundy clarinet mouthpiece .. though taking off the other stuff would confirm this.
on eBay, the SOLD auctions seem to spread between $10 and $50 (for excellent condition).
Yours seems to be in not so good condition, so probably more on the low end.
