Here's I trick I leaned about 25 years ago from a Study book.
Test against your tuner
Play altissimo D (Toxx-xoo Eb)
Then take the mouthpiece off
Play just the mouthpiece.
The pitch should be the same.

of course this could vary but this is an old school intonation check for symphonic embouchure types out there (not good for doublers). If the instrument is out of adjustment/tune then it doesn't compare but the mouthpiece should.
