I need to sell this miuthpiece and have no experience with woodwinds at all... any help appreciated with identifying info or age and condition...

That one appears to be in fair condition (no chips in the tip). If you clean it up, could fetch around $20 on eBay. So I wouldn't retire just yet. I have no idea about the age, possibly 70s-80s. Would just list as vintage.

Evette and Schaeffer mpc as shown.
probably made by Malerne or Buffet, could be made from a Chedeville blank.
before taking pictures, it is always prudent to remove stuff that covers stuff ... take reeds and ligatures off
ebay has 2 nice ones sold recently for $20.
