Slow Heat by Neil Slater

I'm trying to find the sheet music for Slow Heat. It's a Tenor Sax Ballad compossed by North Texas' Neil Slater. I shot him off an e-mail last night but in case I don't hear from him I was wondering if anyone knew where to get it. It's not at J.W. Pepper or Sheet Music Plus.
 
I just got a call, the publisher isn't selling the song anymore so I won't be able to get it from them. I was able to get another rarity which is on it's way but, dang!
 
I put in a few more inquires and I got a contact from the publisher who said it was discontinued in 2003 but he game my information to the distributer to see if we can get something worked out. I'm learning alot from this journey, I hope you are to.

I'm trying to prove that no sheet music every dies!
