Yeah, this is the same con artist I've written about a few times on my blog over the past year or two. He runs his auctions under a bunch of different names, but they're all scams. One of my readers from South America was scammed by him, but managed to get his money back through PayPal fortunately.
eBay is seemingly helpless to stop this guy from registering with new eBay accounts. The scams just keep coming and coming. A fellow wrote to me after he did a very thorough investigation of this clown, and notified eBay of the results. Obviously it didn't help putting a stop to his activities permanently, since this jerk is still out there peddling his fake wares. If you do order from him, when you get your package, you'll get some lovely, cheap jewellery in a big-ass box--a box fitting a bass sax, if that's what you ordered.
