I've been playing my Stowasser with double octave keys, and I've found some good fingerings for the high notes. These might or might not work on your horn, and you may have to experiment with opening or closing other keys if they are not in tune on you horn.

C3: LH--Thumb (2nd octave key), 1, pinky B / RH--1, 2, 3, pinky Eb
This fingering gives me a much more secure top C than the normal fingering, and without the tendency to go sharp. You can try with RH pinky C or no pinky if the note is sharp.

C3: LH--Thumb (2nd octave key), 1, pinky B / RH--1, 2, 3, side Bb
Try this one with RH pinky Eb to make it a bit sharper. This is the perfect trill fingering for B3-C3, just put down LH 2 for the B. RH pinky Eb will raise the pitch.

C#3: LH--Thumb (2nd octave key), 1, 3, pinky B / RH--1, 2, side C, pinky Eb
Again a very solid note on my horn. Works without LH 3, try RH pinky Eb if it is flat.

C#3: LH--Thumb (2nd octave key), 1, pinky B / RH--1, 2, 3, side C, pinky Eb
This one is a bit flatter than the one above. You can trill C-C# with RH 2

D3: LH--Thumb (2nd octave key), 1, 3, pinky B / RH--1, side C
The only decent high D on my horn. Just like C# without RH 2--makes for an easy trill between these notes.

A couple of fingering charts.

Wow! Thanks for that! The altissimos are great. I don't much like the C#, but the D, D# and E are perfect. Above that is still a bit iffy for me, and probably will remain so...
