Earspasm: Tenor Sax Reeds on a Bass Clarinet? Yup.

Yes, yes they do. Some players use bass clarinet reeds on tenor--Lenny Pickett comes to mind--so the reverse can be true as well. It all depends on what you're looking for sound and response-wise. When I was out of B/C reeds, I used a tenor reed.
 
I use VD Java (green box) TENOR sax reeds (2.5) on my bass clarinet.
I like them better than VD blue box bass cl reeds.
My mpc: Bill Street #4
Selmer bass clarinet (to low C)
I use the above for symphony work and my set up works well.
