Bruce Evans free, some good ones, his site is Baroque and earlier.
WilliamHiggins Music DOT com, a small list off well written tunes. He does suggestions if he can find the arrangements to transpose.
Phillip Marillia at 4@4 quartet music, huge list of good arrangements, most very well written. Moonlight Serenade is wonderful as are a few of the swing tunes recently added.
Jerry Robertson of Sax-0-peel has some good ones off line, you can e-mail him at info link on their site.
Sibelius Music dot com. Do a quick search for sax quartet and you will find hundreds. Listen before you buy as some are amateur arrangements some are excellent. Even brass quintet or string quartet arrangers will re-write to sax quartet for you there, just ask.
Windmusic plus has better stuff in their catalog as their site is being re-done. They have multiple ensemble variations of published works as does Dorn publishing in Massachusetts.
Paul Coats has some very good arrangements as well
I don't recall his e-mail off hand, but he writes nice music that plays easy but sounds more complex and full than it appears. Any one interested I can find it.
totheforepublishers dot com has ensemble music, well written classical for many combinations of woodwinds.
Salamander sax quartet had a few free ones if you want to trade a few with them.
I usually check out every sax quartets home page and see if they have a contact page. I have found a few here and there that have resources.

I usually reject sites that sell grade 5 and above music as the average musician in a community band won't be surrounded by 4 equally decent musicians. One belabored part spoils the sound of a small group so I as a rule stick with less technical music to insure we don't intimidate a player out of the group, and at the same time spend our efforts on blending and timing.
Besides the audiences at a community band venue could care less about some exploration of notes and technique, they are there for less sophisticated reasons usually.
Those of you with higher skills can check out Saxtet publishing, Wardbaxter dot com, Windmill sax at Global music dot com and Cimarron music have a small amount of arrangements.
Ward Baxter has some cool stuff. Has the Grinch stole Christmas song for LOW end soloing, and has some arrangements for singer accompaniment.
