Info on this mouthpiece. Anyone know about it?

This came with a clarinet I bought. All I know is it's for alto sax. Any idea if it's good, bad, etc. I'd like to sell it, so need to know its worth.

Dillon has one listed for $90. Probably less than that. Someone with a vintage sax might like to have a vintage mouthpiece to go with it. But pretty much no one plays on these regularly.
