Joe Henderson isn't listened to enough.
 
It's nice how Herbie follows Joe with his accompaniment. Joe moves the time around quite a bit, but Herbie knows what to do to make Joe feel comfortable. A lot of pianist can't do that. And a worse case scenario is when the pianist thinks that they have to lead the soloist. Herbie makes it look easy.
 
SideC is wise to point out Herbie's playing. I thought their interplay was well executed and I'm not sure there are too many guys you would want behind you more than Herbie.
