Pomarico mouthpiece

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask for information regarding the Pomarico mouthpieces, I currently play on a Vandoren BD5 and would like to try a crystal one. Do you know if there is one with an opening similar to the BD5?

I believe the BD5 has a 113 tip and a Medium facing length
Their catalog does not specify a mouthpiece tip measurement but just a comparison chart.
But from my notes (also double checked wwbw.com) the B45 which is listed on the chart is a 119.5 which is slightly larger as shown on the chart.

2So ... guessing from that I would think the Sapphire would be an equivalent tip opening to the BD5.

thank you very much, do you happen to know if there is any difference between the pomarico sapphire and the pomarico sapphire "open" because I know that this mouthpiece is classified as open but on some sites I actually find it written as pomarico open sapphire

I think, if you look at the brochure it states "SAPPHIRE = OPEN" so people typing Sapphire or Sapphire Open I would think they're speaking of the same mpc.
