Thank you for that great link. As always, the unadulterated truth with just a pinch of exaggeration makes for the best comedy and humor.

I liked it so much that I read several more of Peter Greene's pieces. I would guess that he is either a band teacher who writes well, or an English teacher who was a band nerd and still plays in a community band. Either way, his take on programming should be required reading for every new band teacher coming out of college before they go into the trenches.
