I'm looking to buy a new clarinet mouthpiece and my teacher recommended the Vandoren b45. What's the difference between traditional, series 13, and profile 88?

I have a Vandoren glass bass clarinet mouthpeice. They are available in any size. Vandoren do know what they are doing with mouthpieces. The glass doesnt scratch so my 30 year old mouthpiece looks new. They resonate and blow nicely and as they are made to order you can have it to any cut you fancy.

For clarinet, I use a Vandoren M 30 mp. It is like B 45, but much more flexible

I use a Vandoren M 13 (not the lyre), on my Buffet clarinet, and absolutely love it.
