Obviously I missed something --or, more likely didn't understand. Please explain, and keep it very simple. I'm technically stupid.Retread, and the editing box thread; was that okay too?

Wasn't this your other complaint?2. Can the draft replies use a larger type that that used on SOTW?
Yes, that was my other complaint. As configured on the test site, the type in the posting/editing box is too small. A real PITA to use.Wasn't this your other complaint?
1. Log on to the WF.And just how does one attain this more readable style? I can't seem to understand what all the whole thing is about from the webpage.
The text in the editing box has changed font families, from Verdana (3.8.4 default) to Arial (4.0.1 default) and because all the styles I have loaded are more-or-less based on the new vBulletin default, there's not much change, although the text tends to "look" bigger in some of the Styles -- optical illusion.Yes, that was my other complaint. That doesn't seem to affect the size of type as the reply is typed. ???The easiest solution, because I don't have a Style yet uploaded that makes the text big enough for you, is to hit the SIZES menu and choose a bigger number before you start typing.
Yes, it doesThat doesn't seem to affect the size of type as the reply is typed. ???
Please shoot me that PM with that password and browser info.Pete, it changes the size of type when you post your reply. But when you are composing the reply the type remains small. The type in the new format is a stretch to read while you are doing the entry.
Or am I missing something?
Added: Pete, to clarify, I'm trying to get larger type as I compose the reply, not as the reply is posted. I can't easily read what I have typed until I hit the post reply. After the reply is posted, the size as now set by the forum is fine. SOTW also has gotten some comments about this.
I'm gonna have to try it on the Mac. It DOES work on the PC. Unfortunately, my Mac's at work (Intel Aluminum 24", 10.5.8 -- I'm not getting a 27", but we have a few).OK, I tried the new version in Firefox. Nice draft type size, about the same as the forum posts. But could not use the bold or italics, or change type size (or, I suppose, any other calls).
I knew MS would get their revenge for choosing a Mac.
